What security measures are in place to protect the recorded data?

To protect your content in transit, Pulse FlightRecorder uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. At rest, FlightRecorder content is protected using 256-bit AES encryption. FlightRecorder's production data is regularly backed up to a separate, isolated location, and all backups are encrypted.

Where do you store customer data?

Our data is securely hosted on AWS cloud servers, which are regularly updated with the latest security patches. We offer flexible hosting solutions, including on-premises servers and single-client tenancy, to meet various compliance and security needs.

Who can access my customer data?

We implement strict access controls and role-based permissions to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.
